Endless8Space , я так понимаю эта проблема вытекла из предыдущей про ноутбук Ноутбук HP Pavilion G62-B15ER. Мне кажется что проблема в том, что у вас активной видеокартой в системе является AMD ATI Radeon HD 4200 а не более мощная AMD ATI Radeon HD 5470.
В настройках Catalyst есть возможность принудительно сделать активной видеокарту AMD ATI Radeon HD 5470?
PS: Еще, для того, что-бы система начала использовать все функции видеокарты нужно чтобы индекс производительности системы был оценен. Если это не так то зайдите в свойства ярлыка Компьютер (или нажмите Win+Pause Break) и проведите оценку системы.

you need some apps HBCD, WinNTset, and windows 11 iso.
now you need to clean your hard disk and create 2 partitions only, the first partition is system recovery or reversed drive and 2nd in c drive. but you need HBCD PE or HBCD CD or another window on a different hard drive, not the same install same hard drive. create system recovery partition more than 1gb to 5gb by the command make active.
then go to device manager and create another drive just one. now you have one system recovery or reversed drive and sec C drive. then run win nt set choose iso selection, by search, select location boot drive, and format. select installation drive and format. choose your windows 11 pro or another version, and hit setup.
after all, is done you need to shut down your pc and remove if you use another window for all process for these. if you use hbcd Pendrive or cd just remove and start your pc and wait. after 20-30 minutes windows 11 is ready to use.
